At this lovely summerday at finally found some energy to a powerful workout. 60 minutes cardio and a hard kettlebell workout. And the fact that I have lost a lot of calories, just make my feel so good. There is just nothing like a good workout! This friday is just going to be awesome I can just feel it. Hope you all had have a good friday and enjoyed the amazing weather.
